We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on recruitment and candidate engagement. As a Recruitment Specialist at Business Sweden, you will manage a diverse range of tasks within talent acquisition and onboarding. Your focus will be on retaining and developing talent for our regions, while taking ownership of the end-to-end process: Attract, Hire, Onboard. You will work closely with offices and leaders across our regions to support and understand our business and recruitment needs at both regional and market levels. Additionally, you will have a close collaboration with our region’s People & Culture team. This role requires strong knowledge of the consulting industry, where agility, client-centricity, and project-based delivery models are key.
