Job description

As a Fountain Worker, you will be responsible for excellent customer service ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Position: Hourly, Full-Time: Location: Gold Strike Casino PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Take and place orders and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area, as applicable. - Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures. - Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables, and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests. - Pack and complete orders as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments. - Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures. - Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment. - Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stocking and replenishing products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc. - Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, and notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events,...
