Department Overview: In our Munich Development Center for high-speed signaling, we develop, test, and characterize industry-leading DRAM memories for high performance datacenter, AI, automotive, and gaming applications, within an international, highly innovative, and motivated development team that offers challenging tasks and individual creative freedom. Role Overview: We are looking for a Principal DRAM Design Engineer to design and verify digital and mixed signal blocks for next ‑ generation memory products. You will work closely with architecture, integration, and verification teams to deliver high ‑ performance, high ‑ reliability DRAM solutions.
