Description The Alinea Group is seeking a full-time, temporary Accounting Intern to join our accounting team. Responsibilities: Assist in the accounts payable process by gathering, entering, and organizing vendor invoices and statements to ensure timely and accurate payments Support the daily sales reconciliation process by reviewing sales reports, verifying entries, and identifying discrepancies across multiple revenue streams Help perform cash and bank account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy between internal records and external statements Contribute to month-end closing activities, including journal entry preparation and data validation Maintain well-organized digital records and help implement best practices for file management and data retention Participate in special accounting projects as needed.
