Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: - Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. - Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. - Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. - Monitor member progress and document outcomes. - Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. - Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
