Manager, Tax Position Summary: This is a full-time salaried position Based onsite out of our Bridgewater, NJ location Catalent is a US multinational corporation with a small but capable Tax Department that manages the Company’s global corporate tax planning, reporting and compliance. The Tax Manager role provides an opportunity to be part of a high performing team that works closely with finance and functional business partners on U.S. and non-US tax matters. Our Bridgewater location is the corporate office for Catalent. The Role: Responsible for the company’s income tax reporting function, including the domestic and international tax provision, external reporting related to income tax accounts, and working with external auditors to reach resolution on tax provision issues. This includes all aspects of ASC740, purchase accounting, effective tax rate reconciliation, tax basis balance sheet, return to provision reconciliations, cash tax reporting, intercompany transactions, FIN48 reserves, APB23 assertion, valuation allowance assessment, and statutory tax matters Review and direct the preparation of all US compliance matters including domestic and international aspects such as consol...
