Job description
You're a leader focussed on efficiency; simplifying tasks and processes and developing solutions to share with others. You want broad scope and collaboration, mixed with autonomy and impact. In this role, you'll: Lead the management of complex third-party interfaces relating to land access and agreements across multiple infrastructure projects transitioning from delivery into operations. Acting as a senior representative for the organisation, you’ll oversee engagement with adjoining landowners, government agencies and key transport stakeholders to ensure access arrangements, rights and obligations are clearly defined, negotiated and managed to support safe and efficient project delivery. You’ll guide the development and implementation of third-party interface strategies that address impacts to land and property, including access requirements, construction activities and operational considerations. This includes leading negotiations, establishing formal agreements and ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of responsibilities, timelines and risk allocation.
