Health Care Assistant Department: Residential/Nursing Homes: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Jersey - Le Petit Bosquet Reporting To: Registered Manager: Description: Le Petit Bosquet Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users in-line with the highest regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: General Responsibilities;-: Personal Care Responsibilities;- Health Care Assistants will undertake any tasks that have been identified in the Care Plan(s), which may include but are not limited to: - To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care to Service Users. - Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users. - To support the Service Users and ensure personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with their Care Plan(s). - Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical and mental health appropriately. - Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control. - Measuring effectiveness of Service Us...
