Job Description To support the pragmatic and effective deployment of Artificial Intelligence within its Finance and Insurance functions, the Group is establishing a dedicated AI Business Team , jointly sponsored by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Chief Insurance Officer (CInSO) . This team operates alongside — but independently from — central IT and AI functions. Its mandate is to enable and accelerate the use of AI within Finance and Insurance , ensuring that identified use cases translate into operational solutions that are effectively adopted and generate measurable benefits. As AI Business Transformation Manager , you will contribute directly to this initiative by working closely with Finance, Insurance, Risk and Actuarial teams to identify, structure and support the deployment of AI‑enabled solutions addressing concrete business needs. This role is not focused on defining enterprise‑wide AI governance, nor on building technical platforms.
