We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire suppression systems across commercial and industrial projects, with a strong reputation for quality and code-compliant work. Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager with strong sales capabilities to lead fire protection projects from concept through completion while driving new business growth. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands fire protection systems, estimating, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage fire protection projects (sprinkler systems, suppression systems, etc.) from bid through closeout - Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new business - Interpret drawings, specs, and NFPA codes/standards - Assist with system layout and design coordination - Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, field, fabrication) - Oversee project budgets, timelines, and profitability - Participate in estimating, proposals, and sales strategy Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience) - Bonus: P...
