Join our CNA and Nursing Team! ChildServe’s Adolescent and Young Adult Complex Medical program provides 24-7 residential skilled nursing care in a family-focused environment. We care for adolescents and young adults who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical needs. Schedule/Benefits: - 3 shifts per week , 6:00am-6: 0 0pm, every 3 rd weekend - Benefit eligible, including medical, dental, vision plans, retirement with company match and generous PTO accrual, including 16 hours of PTO front-loaded How You’ll Make an Impact: - Assist with daily care routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while honoring each child’s privacy and dignity. - Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure each child’s unique needs are met. - Help children look and feel their best by maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and readiness for scheduled activities. - Support families by sharing updates and reinforcing care techniques that promote each child’s progress and well-being. - Accurately document care provided and maintain compliance with ChildServe policies and professional standards.
