Role Overview As Site Director , you are the most senior leader at our Enschede manufacturing facility and fully accountable for the overall performance, culture, and results of the site. You will set the tone for operational excellence, safety, quality, and employee engagement, while delivering against strategic objectives aligned with the company’s European Supply Chain strategy. This role combines strong people leadership with ownership of end-to-end plant operations, financial performance, and continuous improvement. You will be a key member of the European Supply Chain Leadership Team , playing a critical role in driving supply chain success across the region.
