As a Procedural Capital Regional Sales Director at STERIS, you are responsible for assuring that all business objectives for the region are met and/or exceeded as well as oversee the team of Account Managers assigned to the region. Your accountability measures include Customer satisfaction, revenue and profit objectives, embracing new products, and talent management. This is a remote based Customer facing position. To support and service our Customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of one of the following state/cities: Jacksonville, Tampa or Orlando, FL. This Director will be managing the Southeast Region for the Procedural Capital division.
