Job description

Your role: As the Tech Director, you will take strategic and operational leadership of Aesir’s Technology Department, overseeing Programming, Tech Art, Tools & Pipeline, and Engineering. Reporting directly to the CTO/CEO, you are responsible for defining and executing the technical vision across all projects, ensuring that Aesir’s games are built on robust, scalable, and efficient technology foundations. You will drive innovation, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure that our technological strategies are fully aligned with Aesir’s creative ambitions and long-term business goals. Additionally, you will hold budgetary responsibility for your department, managing resources and investments to ensure cost efficiency and sustainable growth. This role combines visionary leadership, technical excellence, and organizational management at the highest level of our production structure.
