Job Title: Fresh Flower Designer: Department: Warehouse: FLSA: Non-Exempt: General Function: This position will create floral arrangements in a warehouse and refrigerated environment. Hours of operation are seven days a week. Specific scheduling for this position will be discussed during the interview process and will adjust based on the fluctuation of business and holidays. Reporting Relations: Accountable and Reports to: President, Vice President, Operations, General Manager, & Central Design Supervisor Positions that Report to you: None Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Designs and fills customer orders. Understands the basics of floral products, care, and handling. Inventories product, cares for damaged product, and replaces where necessary. Ensures floral products are fresh. Understands proper packaging techniques for completed floral arrangements. Keeps the floral work area clean and tidy. Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisf...
