JOB SUMMARY : This person will provide day-to-day; leadership and supervision in the achievement of productivity, schedule attainment, quality and Employee Health Safety programs. Night Shift runs 7:00pm CST - 7:00am CST. The schedule would be 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off. The expectation for the supervisor would be arrive early for shift changeover. Supervisor's hours may vary with business/production needs ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Coach and support area of responsibility Daily communication and coordination with teams, other supervisors and departments. Direct work assignments in accordance with the production schedule- plans and organizes activities of the production/assembly line to meet production deadlines.
