Sterile Services Technician Decontamination - Radlett 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £28,705.42 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Circle Health Group Decontamination is responsible for the provision of sterile equipment and instrumentation for use in surgical and interventional procedures in hospitals across England and Glasgow. The unit operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week with rotating shifts covering days and nights as required. We have an opportunity for a Sterile Services Technician to join their team of staff in the Decontamination department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Carry out all stages of the decontamination process including cleaning, checking, assembling, packing, sterilising, and dispatching reusable surgical and medical devices. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all items meet required infection control and quality standards Maintain accurate records of all processes undertaken, including batch and load traceability data, in line with departmental documentation requirements.
