We are seeking a Data Analyst to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency by transforming raw medical, financial, and claims data into actionable insights. We are looking for a Data Analyst who is committed to our values and passionate about increasing health care access and outcomes for underserved communities. Who We Are. We are a collaborative community practice with locations in Fullerton, Anaheim, Orange, and the High Desert. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality, comprehensive medical care, regardless of their ability to pay. Our health centers use a team-based model of care that includes family medicine, obstetrics, women’s health, oral and vision care, preventative and educational health, mental health, patient advocacy, case management, and community health. Most of our patients live below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and are best served in Spanish.
