Job Description: Mars Snacking North America is seeking a strategic and forward-looking Sr. Director, Finance – Salty Business to serve as the finance leader for a ~$3B portfolio. Reporting to the CFO Mars Snacking North America, this role partners directly with the Salty General Manager and cross-functional leadership team to drive profitable growth, shape strategy, and ensure disciplined execution across innovation, demand, and brand investment.
