About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Adelaide-based team in Pooraka, SA, working as a key part of our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is critical to the successful delivery of complex energy infrastructure and renewable projects, providing robust scheduling, forecasting, and performance insights across the project lifecycle. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and delivery teams to ensure accurate planning, schedule control, and risk visibility, helping drive projects to successful, on-time outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules using MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6 - Establish and manage baseline schedules, including scope, milestones, and dependencies - Monitor project performance, updating schedules to reflect progress, risks, and changes - Conduct critical path analysis and identify delays with mitigation strategies - Produce schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making - Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate planning and resource alignment - Support PMO governance, ensuring alignment with project controls frameworks...
