The objectives of the Solution Organization: - Grow & integrate WWT’s solutions to be market competitive, align to customer outcomes, be profitable, and drive innovation. - Bring E2E expertise & solutions and show up as One Team to deliver customer results and elevate WWT’s services brand - Infuse AI in everything we do, across existing offerings and new offerings and within WWT. - Increase our employee’s skills, instill an IML and DEIB Culture to bring the best to WWT’s clients, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation and diversity. - Expand solutions in key accounts to capture recurring revenue & strengthen WWT’s client partnerships - Create new Growth Solution Strategies and offerings to capture market share, differentiate WWT, and generate new revenue - Increase Alignment, Partnership & Collaboration in Sales, GS&A, and SC&E to deliver customer value Success criteria for this role will be focused on: - Bringing in industry and external viewpoints to evolve the AI growth strategy of the across all Solutions, robust and leading market relevance, and competitiveness of solutions - Having a growth mindset and making decisions based on growth; Being forward thi...
