Job description

What you will do: Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives on inkjet and digital printing machines (e.g., Inkcups, Mimaki, Epson, Dacen). Troubleshoot and provide full technical support for inkjet printers, lasers, and other digital decoration equipment. Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and ensure machine uptime. Optimize colour management and profiling across devices, substrates, and sites to achieve consistent results. Review and document technical processes, implement standardization, and drive best practices. Support global and local R&D and Operations teams with implementation of new technologies (e.g., RIP software, new inks, new substrates such as lanyards, glass, plastics, metals). Train and mentor operators and setters to improve their technical skills and reduce waste. Collaborate closely with suppliers, international teams, and internal stakeholders on technical projects. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, including testing materials and commissioning new production lines.
