The Sales Administrator is responsible for assisting the sales managers in tracking inventory, record keeping and reporting requirements. What are the day-to-day responsibilities?: What are the requirements for this job? $17 hr - Assisting sales management with vehicle inventory control by tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles - Preparing accurate pricing stickers and warranty labels for all vehicles - Maintaining accurate record keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information - Tracking individual and departmental Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and preparing required weekly and monthly reports - Providing information as required to the business office on vehicle sales - Answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally when necessary - Preparing all deal jackets for department with checklist - Completing duties as assigned by sales managers to help with inventory control and information flow within sales department and between other departments - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills - Must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up skills; anticipate ne...
