Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Supervisor, Registered Nurse Operations to join our Sexual Medicine team! Provides supervision of the daily operation of a single designated medical unit or two similar designated medical units of limited size requiring registered nursing expertise, assuring goals and objectives are obtained through the planning, implementing, and directing of programs, procedures, systems, and support personnel. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet policy. Travel to Burnsville and Maple Grove as needed.
