Located in the Valley of the Sun in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona, GCU is a regionally accredited, private, nondenominational Christian University. Do you have a customer service mindset with a passion for student conduct and grievance resolution? The Academic and Compliance Department is seeking a Resolutions Administrator on our ground campus. This position will be responsible for intake, management, and documentation of resolution of complaints received by the University that includes students, faculty, staff, and parents. We are especially interested in applicants who can strengthen the diversity of our academic community and integrate faith. Location: Main Campus, 33rd and Camelback, Phoenix Arizona What you will do: Intake, analysis, and documentation of initial complaints regarding campus policies and procedures, student accounts, and misconduct and/or discrimination.
