Classification Title: ASO DIR, Academic Support Svcs Job Description: The Associate Director of Academic Affairs for Graduate Education oversees the operational and programmatic functions of the College of Medicine’s Office of Graduate Education, reporting directly to the Senior Associate Dean. This role contributes to the implementation and coordination of graduate degree programs, professional development initiatives, and postdoctoral programs. Responsibilities include supporting effective and compliant academic systems and processes; coordinating progress tracking, data management, and reporting; assisting in staff supervision; and partnering with leadership and program directors to maintain a high-quality graduate and postdoctoral learning environment.
