VOALA provides a variety of social services to Los Angeles area communities such as Head Start programs, Upward Bound college prep programs, veterans’ services, homeless shelters, low-income housing program as well as drug and alcohol rehabilitation. JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: Program Finance Manager: Oversees accounting team or teams with oversight of one or more Accounting Supervisors. Provides experienced-based leadership and knowledge to accountants at all levels including development and support of Accounting Supervisors. Develops strategies for growth and training of accounting teams. Develops team structures based on organizational need.
