Description Join the Pine Haven Team!: Pine Haven Christian Communities is looking for a Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our campuses safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. Schedule: 20 hours per week (40 per pay period) Includes an every 5th weekend rotation What You’ll Do: - Tackle everyday repairs (drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) - Keep buildings clean, safe, and well-maintained - Handle work orders and respond to maintenance requests promptly - Help care for grounds, walkways, and seasonal needs (snow/salting support) - Assist with building systems (HVAC, fire safety, sprinklers) - Work with teammates and contractors to get the job done - Be part of an on-call rotation for occasional emergencies What We’re Looking For: If you enjoy variety in your day and take pride in keeping things running right, we’d love to hear from you! - A hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things - Someone reliable, organized, and team-oriented - A commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff Requirements: - Driving record which meets insurance company guidelines - Prior experience in building maintenance - Ability to lif...
