As a Lead Counselor , you will oversee the clinical aspects of the treatment program. You will be responsible for the coordination and continuity of care from admission through discharge and follow-up of the patients. You will also assist in providing clinical supervision of the counselors, provide direct care and maintain an appropriate caseload.
