Position Title: Senior Opportunity Programs Analyst Location: Albany, NY or NYC Office Grade/Classification: 6 (D1) – Sr. Professional Salary Range: $102,177 - $128,220 - Albany Office $107,231 - $133,274 - NYC Office (includes location differential - $5,054) Bargaining Unit: CSEA: FLSA Status: Exempt: Last Revised: February 8, 2019: Primary Purpose: The Senior Opportunity Programs Analyst provides management and supervision of MWBE (Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises) compliance monitoring, reporting and administration of construction contracts for the Opportunity Programs Group and ensures pre and post award compliance with Executive Law Article 15A, Executive Law Article 3B, labor laws and other applicable federal, state and local laws. The Senior Opportunity Programs Analyst is characterized by relatively higher levels of responsibility, independent judgment and technical expertise.
