Job Summary: The Solutions Engineer is responsible for the development optimization, and implementation of engineering solutions within the organization. This role involves designing warehouse layouts, driving process improvement initiatives, and engineered labor standards. The Solutions Engineer ensures that all solutions align with company objectives while enhancing efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across supply chain and operational functions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategic design and layout planning of warehouse facilities to maximize space utilization, throughput, and efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that warehouse designs meet the needs of inventory management, order fulfillment, and other operational goals. - Ensure that warehouse designs are scalable, adaptable, and able to accommodate evolving operational requirements. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, new technologies, and best practices. - Work closely with operations and logistics teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. - Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six S...
