The Controller Group Strategic Initiatives Analyst is an embedded technical-finance professional focused on the digital modernization of the Controllers Group. As a "Power User," this role executes the day-to-day activities of the Digital Champion model, bridging the gap between business pain points and technical AI/automation requirements. A significant part of the role is also to provide PMO support to drive forward the multiple transformation projects required to deliver on the 2030 Vision for the Controllers Group. The Opportunity: SE6 & SE7 ( One position but two possible levels based on skills and qualifications). Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Digital Champion Execution (Primary Focus): Requirement Shaping: Translating business pain points into clear technical requirements and success criteria for Digital Finance. Solution Testing: Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and acting as the "voice of the user" to manage rollout readiness. Digital Upskilling: Serving as a peer-to-peer resource to drive digital literacy across CG, enabling training for tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SAC, and AI Agents.
