Packaging Regulatory Specialist

About the role We are looking for a Packaging Regulatory Specialist who will take ownership of regulatory compliance across our packaging portfolio in Europe. This is a standalone, high-impact role, working closely with Global Packaging, R&D, and Sustainability teams. You will play a key role in interpreting complex regulations and translating them into practical business actions, ensuring our products remain compliant, competitive, and ready for market. Your responsibilities: Own and track European packaging regulations (e.g. PPWR, EPR, packaging taxes, environmental claims) Act as the go-to expert for packaging compliance across the business Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into clear internal guidance Support new product development and innovation projects from a regulatory perspective Perform risk assessments and compliance evaluations across the product lifecycle Represent the company in external bodies (e.g. industry associations, EU-level discussions) Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Packaging, Sustainability, and Finance Support ecolabeling processes (e.g. EU Ecolabel, Nordic Swan, C2C) What we’re looking for: Experience in packaging regulations /...
