JOB MISSION: New Balance seeks an experienced IT network / infrastructure manager to plan and implement new technology, services and processes to meet the rapid growth of the company. The manager will lead a small team of associates and partner with a variety of stakeholders to transform and modernize the New Balance global network. The candidate must have well-rounded skills and experience in managing engineers, PM’s, vendors, process development activities, strategic plan development, budgets. The manager will primarily focus on core / shared network infrastructure and global initiatives, partnering with peer managers who oversee network operations and “BAU” projects.
