Primary Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire a high-performing team of core and specialty sales reps and account managers across LA County. - Drive strategy and execution for regional sales goals, performance plans, and revenue growth targets. - Launch and scale new products and diagnostic innovations - turning complex offerings into clear, compelling value for our clients. - Foster a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team. - Engage with top-tier clients, including physicians, clinics, and C-suite stakeholders, cultivating meaningful relationships that drive long-term loyalty. - Serve as a cross-functional connector, aligning your team’s efforts with lab operations, marketing, and corporate strategy. - Develop future leaders by hiring, mentoring, and coaching top talent, while constantly elevating your own leadership toolkit.
