Labcorp is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Burlington, NC. Work Schedule: First Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on various facilities systems including, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems - Perform maintenance and repair on furniture systems, small equipment, lighting, plumbing fixtures, minor painting, furniture moves, clean-ups, and thermal comfort calls - Assist with grounds keeping as needed -- shoveling snow, spreading salt, gutter cleaning, trimming branches, etc. - Support the lab in repairing and testing general lab equipment when necessary, performing scheduled maintenance, equipment setups, and troubleshooting - Communicate effectively with the lab team to discuss the status of their maintenance needs - Assemble dispensing pumps and clean dies. - Conduct morning inspection and record humidity and temperatures. Replace humidity and temperature charts weekly. - Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and routine facility maintenance (e.g., check light fixtures and replace bulbs as needed). - Perform troubleshooting and repairs as necessary...
