The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide proactive full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for ISBH. The Talent Acquisition Specialist needs to have a passion for finding and attracting top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across various regions and programs to deliver the best candidate experience.
