Job Description Job Title: Mechanical Systems Design Lead - LibertyWorks Working Pattern: Fulltime: Working location: Indianapolis, IN Rolls-Royce is looking for a creative, talented, and results-driven Mechanical Systems Design Lead to join our LibertyWorks team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on developmental Rolls-Royce programs and play a vital role in solving some of the most complex and interesting technological challenges in the industry while being part of a global, multi-disciplinary team. As a Mechanical Systems Design Lead in LibertyWorks, you will be adaptive and willing to work within new environments to create engineering solutions that satisfy functional and physical requirements for developmental Product Systems and Sub-Systems. Crucially, the engineered solutions must exhibit robustness oftentimes paving the way for new manufacturing capability. You’ll be responsible for the on-time delivery and quality of component design definition artifacts i.e., documents, models, definitions that meet system level and sub-system requirements.
