Salary £32,061 - £36,363 Per annum | Fixed Term 13/01/2027| Full Time - 37 hours per week International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship The Access to Education service works with colleagues, schools, children and families across Lancashire to support children to engage with education and improve attendance at school. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Children Missing Education team to identify children missing education – including tracking children out of the authority who have moved away from Lancashire or gone missing with their families and working with families in Lancashire to engage their children into education. We are looking for a well-organised and pro-active team player with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work with a caseload of families from a diverse array of backgrounds and circumstances, supporting and challenging them as necessary to ensure their children access education. The post holder will have excellent advocacy skills and an ability to influence professionals across a range of agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people in Lancashire.
