Language Requirement: Fluent in English AND in Spanish Academic Req: Required – RN Nursing License; Preferred – Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program Certifications: Good standing as a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Texas Board of Nursing BLS certifications (PALS preferred): First aid: CPR: Work experience: Required – Minimum of one (1) year of employment experience in the child welfare field working with children and/or adolescents in a social service setting Recommended – Five (5) years of experience as an RN or LVN and two (2) years of management experience Preferred – Pediatric nursing experience: Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: Meet and maintain all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position. Provide medical staff with necessary training to ensure competence in the assigned position and compliance with all quarterly, bi-annual, and annual program training requirements, and to Compass Connections staff and service population on medical issues and Compass Connections staff best practices regarding CPR, First Aid...
