Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Trade Compliance Specialist The trade compliance function is associated with the issuance of export and import policies, procedures, methods, and practices to facilitate better implementation of Incora’s objectives. The function facilitates global trading operations, but most of all provides valuable expert insights concerning the requirements and obligations of exporting and importing various goods related to aerospace industry. The function is expected to provide internal consulting and assume responsibilities in the key customs & export control processes. Responsibilities: - Managing US import customs clearance processes, including handling shipments from suppliers and other Incora sites awaiting import into the United States. - Providing clearance instructions to carriers and customs agents, ensuring compliance with US customs regulations and current tariff requirements. - Serving as the primary point of contact for external partners - freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and others. - Maintaining...
