JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily Casino floor operations on a specific shift for beverage and slots, ensuring that courteous and prompt service is provided by all employees. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance. - Directly responsible for training Slot Attendants and Beverage Servers, providing each with the knowledge and appropriate direction to perform his/her responsibilities. - Exhibits sound decision-making qualities, motivates personnel, and exhibits effective supervisory skills. - Possesses a thorough working knowledge of the various types of slot machines, their functions, malfunctions and payout schedules. - Responsible for all casino beverage functions and employees. - Possesses knowledge of the gaming rules and regulations. - Routinely strives to build and maintain rapport with Slot players and handles customer disputes, making every effort to achieve customer satisfaction. - Exercises appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of management. - Observes, supervises and countersigns hand paid jackpots. - Familiar with the federal currency transact...
