Role: Leadership Trainer Department: HR and Learning: Location: Robert Dyson House, Wath-on-Dearne: Salary: £32,613 - £37,020: Hours: 37: Contract Type: Permanent: In this role you will work within our Leadership Academy framework and will focus on designing and delivering leadership development and personal effectiveness training to colleagues at all levels from across the organisation in the classroom and on-line. Key responsibilities: Research, design and deliver leadership development and personal effectiveness training, identifying, and incorporating methodologies that are capable of meeting individual and organisational development needs with available resources and within specified timescales. Use an evidence-based approach and work with OD Advisors to identify development needs and the most appropriate intervention(s) to address these. Maintain learning/support materials and resources that enhance the development and maximise learner engagement and participation. Deliver interventions using a wide range of behavioural change/learning methodologies ensuring learners are engaged, motivated, facilitated, coached, and supported to achieve the intended outcomes.
