Job DetailsJob Location: McLennan County Jail - Waco, TX 76701Salary Range: $47.00 HourlyLicensed Mental Health Counselor McLennan County Jail | Waco, TX TK Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors for both full-time and part-time, on-site roles at the McLennan County Jail in Waco, TX. Pay & Schedule: $47.00 per hour Full-Time: Friday - Monday Friday (9-5), Sat-Sun (7-7), and Mon (9-5) Requirements: Master’s degree with active licensure as LPC, LCSW, LADC, or LMFT Ability to work on-site in Waco, TX Ability to pass a background check What You’ll Do: Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention services Assess and coordinate mental health care for incarcerated individuals Develop individualized treatment and release plans Collaborate with medical staff and community resources Support MAT/substance abuse counseling Participate in on-call coverage as needed Why TK Health: Practice at the top of your license Safe, structured correctional healthcare environment Meaningful work serving an underserved population Growing organization with clinics across 14 states Qualifications
