This role owns marketing accountability, website optimization, and cross-functional alignment with operations to improve intake conversion and overall revenue performance. Essential Functions: Agency Oversight & Strategic Alignment Lead recurring strategy meetings with external marketing agencies to drive alignment with organizational growth goals. Review and approve targeting strategies, messaging, media plans, and budget allocations. Validate cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion metrics, and intake performance to ensure ROI.
