BASIC PURPOSE: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of The Salvation Army Kroc Center’s facilities and grounds. The Maintenance technician supports the overall mission of The Salvation Army Kroc Center by maintaining a clean, functional, and welcoming environment for all staff, visitors, and program participants. B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Daily monitor of all building facilities including swimming pools, athletic facilities, gymnasium, Chapel, parking lots, and landscaped areas. 2. Daily check all electrical, security, communication, and ventilation systems for The Salvation Army Kroc Center buildings. 3. Identify and implement any needed repairs or special projects to plumbing, electrical, windows, or structures. 4. Repair, patch, and paint walls as needed. 5. Submit/complete...
