- Position Summary - Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position(s) available in Student Affairs - Operations and Planning. - Start Date - Position available on or after July 1, 2026, and ending on or before August 31, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance. - Job Description/Duties - Duties include but are not limited to: - Assist with designing marketing materials (e.g., creative, printed, web, photo and social media). - Assist with creating content (e.g., videos, graphics) for communication, marketing, and promotion. - Assist with tracking social media user traffic and evaluating effectiveness. - Assist in the drafting, proposing, and creating multimedia projects. - Acts as a professional student role model and peer resource for the department’s student assistant team; supports customer service inquiries, provides front desk assistance, and helps guide office processes and protocols to improve workflow for students and staff. - Helps maintain student project flow by offering reminders, check-ins, and sharing updates from the Strategic Operations Specialist. - Support student-to-student schedule coordination for chan...
