You will help monitor material quality across various projects through hands-on field testing and accurate data reporting. Based out of our Cranston, RI office, this full-time position involves daily travel to local project sites throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Responsibilities: Perform field testing of construction materials, including soil, concrete, and asphalt, to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Document all field observations and test results using digital reporting software for daily submission. Interpret and adhere to project drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards (ASTM, AASHTO, and state DOT) to ensure all field and lab procedures strictly follow established protocols.
