Job description

Summary Supports the Design Team in the planning and execution of aviation design projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists the Design Team in performing the following: organizing the material library, preparing presentation boards, printing presentation materials, updating the portfolio wall, and coordinating with suppliers. - Supports preparing illustrations for proposal and program (i.e. colored deck plans, elevations). - May assist in the creation and on-going updates to the Material and Furnishing Identification Sheets (MIDS/FIDS) for programs, including the Clipping for Approval (CFA) folders and associated samples and mock-ups. - Assist preparing AutoCAD working drawings from sketches and design specifications, and support redline updates to drawings, as required. - Contributes to a positive work atmosphere by displaying productive behavior and communication focused on building effective working relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management. - Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts. - Other duties may be assigned.
