Job Description PURPOSE: To foster an environment of learning and application. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Refer to FRANSOP-1001, EHS Expectations by Role Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions. Perform set-ups and product changes. Operate and monitor slitter controls to ensure product is being run within specification. Observe slitter operation for quality product and make adjustments and minor repairs to correct any deficiencies. Coordinate all slitter operations with crewmembers and assist members when necessary. Cut and remove finished drums of tape and splice to a new drum. Use overhead hoist and upender to move drums of tape. Report all quality and maintenance problems to supervisor. Follow prescribed safety rules and performs all jobs in accordance with safety rules. Maintain necessary records. Move and order materials as necessary. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Perform other duties as required and directed.
